They desired a marketing partner to help enter the larger and more profitable markets. Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse solicited Van Winkle & Associates for strategic development in the aforementioned larger national markets.

SOLUTION:
Initial research indicated a disproportionate weighting of their media vehicles and flighting. Van Winkle & Associates created a fresh new media campaign for the brand. The campaign concentrated on market-wide-awareness, by using heavy messaging centered around store locations. In addition, Van Winkle & Associates designed a newly adjusted messaging campaign that fused the uniqueness of their designer brands with the frugality of Off Broadway's prices and warehouse persona.

RESULTS:
Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse successfully reached the new nationally competitive markets it had hoped for. It now operates out of Boston, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, Boca Raton, Denver, Atlanta, and Sacramento . The final results every year since Van Winkle & Associates began advertising for Off Broad Shoe Warehouse, sales have increased by percentages in the double digits.
