PROBLEM: Kaiser Permanente is the largest non-profit health plan, serving 8.2 million members nationwide. Kaiser Permanente came to Van Winkle & Associates desiring an image modification, a southern HMO makeover to help attract medium-sized-companies in the Atlanta marketplace. RESULTS: Since the launch of these efforts in the Atlanta area, Kaiser Permanente has received more requests from brokers on sales support materials. The final results' Kaiser Permanente has shown a marked increase in plans sold versus the three previous years.
